Poet. Athlete. Coach. Family man.
Words on paper, sweat on the pitch, and a life built around the people and pursuits I care about.
I'm Blitz Antlitz — a poet, a conditioning coach, and a believer that the body and the mind train together. Whether I'm drilling an athlete on footwork or chasing down the right word on an old typewriter, it's the same discipline: show up, do the work, and let the craft speak for itself.
Poetry finds me in the quiet moments — after training, late at night, wherever a thought won't let go until it's typed out. I write on a real typewriter, because I like the clack of it, the permanence, the way there's no backspace. My musings — some sharp, some soft — spill out one key at a time. I share and swap lines with fellow writers in my poetry group on Facebook, where verse is currency and everyone's still learning.

Rugby has been my constant — as a player first, and now as a conditioning coach helping athletes build the strength, speed, and stamina to compete at their best. I believe fitness isn't just about the body you build, it's about the discipline that carries into everything else you do.
Everything I do — the writing, the training, the coaching — is rooted in my family. They're the reason the work has meaning.
